Next, one of our dedicated project managers met with the client to understand and listen to their aims and goals for their upcoming exhibition show, in this case, this was the Toy Fair. This part was crucial, ensuring we truly listened to them, making sure we achieved an outcome they were happy with.

Then, one of our designers took all their thoughts onboard. The result was a bespoke exhibition stand design, that was unique to their design goals. This time the design brief was a ‘rainforest cafe’ so the designers created a rainforest immersive exhibition stand.

Before, we started to build we made sure they were happy with the design. Then, we made any adjustments that needed to be made. It helps to have a design to help you picture the exhibition stand and makes you realise what you like and what you think is missing.

Then, the build commenced and this all took place in our in-house workshop. Our expert carpenters crafted all the elements of this stand ensuring quality control.

Once the build was finished and quality checked. Everything was loaded in our own fleet of vehicles to the desired exhibition venue destination.

Our team then constructed all the exhibition stand elements they had built in the in-house workshop. The team were finished on time and the exhibition stand was ready to showcase at the Toy Fair. The clients were pleased with the finished look and were happy with the high amount of audience engagement.
