From what stage do you take over the stand arrangements?
At CXGlobal we believe in offering our clients a complete turnkey service from conception to completion. This means that you won’t get tied up with method statements or risk assessments for example. We take care of the design, manufacturing, installation and de-rig and all onsite orders such as electrical, rigging, carpets etc. We also have full dialogue with organisers and venue floor managers ensuring a smooth process.
Can I see my stand in production?
Yes, there are several ways in which you can do this either by photo updates or by visiting our premises.
Do you supply AV equipment?
We have reliable AV suppliers so you are ensured good quality AV that will enhance the promotion of your stand.
How do I order my electrical supply?
Once the final drawings have been approved and it’s been agreed what electrical equipment you’re going to need we take care of the rest – we supply electrical drawings with requirements to the venue-approved electrical contractors.
What are your stands built from?
We use a wide range of materials from MDF, various metals and acrylics. All materials meet current FR (fire retardant) regulations and are venue/organiser-approved.
What sort of events do you cater for?
We cater for all events from purpose-built venues like the NEC and the RAI, to road shows in hotels, schools etc in the UK or worldwide.
Who will be my point of contact?
At the time of the brief/concept, you will work with one of our project managers through till sign-off at the show, giving you complete peace of mind.
